Fixture Installation

When Fixture Installation is the Right Fix

A new faucet, sink, toilet, or shower valve
A fixture you bought and don't want to install yourself
Corroded shutoff valves that won't turn
A kitchen or bath refresh that needs the fixtures set
Old supply lines you want replaced before they fail
A drip or wobble you'd rather have done right the first time

The small upgrades that finish a room

New faucet, new shower valve, new sink, new toilet — the small upgrades that make a kitchen or bath feel finished. We install fixtures you bought yourself or help you pick something that fits your setup and your budget. There's no upsell attached: if the fixture you already have on the counter is the right one, we set it.

We fix what's behind the fixture too

The fixture is the easy part — what's behind it is what fails. While we're in there we replace the shutoff valves and supply lines, because a shiny new faucet on a twenty-year-old shutoff that won't turn is a leak waiting to happen. Everything gets leak-tested under pressure before we leave, so the first time you find out about a drip isn't a week later under the cabinet.

Clean, tidy, and gone

Clean work from people who take their boots off at the door. We protect the surfaces we're working around, haul the old fixture away, and leave the space cleaner than a construction crew would. It's a small job done to the same standard as a big one.

How Fixture Installation Works

1

Confirm the fixture and fit

We check that the fixture matches your setup and flag anything — like a mismatched hole spacing — before we start.

2

Shut off and remove

We isolate the water, remove the old fixture, and inspect the shutoffs and supply lines.

3

Install and upgrade

New fixture set, worn shutoffs and supply lines replaced so you're not left on failing valves.

4

Leak-test and clean up

We pressure-test every connection, wipe down the area, and take the old fixture with us.

Fixture Installation — Frequently Asked

Can you install a fixture I bought myself?

Absolutely. Bring your own faucet, toilet, or valve and we'll set it. If you haven't bought yet and want a hand choosing something that fits your plumbing and budget, we can help with that too — no pressure to buy through us.

Do you replace the shutoff valves?

We recommend it and include it on most jobs. Old quarter-turn or multi-turn shutoffs seize up and weep, and replacing them while the water's already off costs a fraction of doing it later as an emergency.

Will you take the old fixture away?

Yes. The old faucet, toilet, or sink leaves with us — you won't be left hauling it to the curb.
